To prevent the use of XLPASS by unauthorized users, an access code is required to begin any password recovery of a locked file. After starting XLPASS the 'XLPASS Title Window' will appear on your screen. Press Return on your keyboard or use the mouse and select 'Recover Password' under the File menu, or you may hold down the command key and type R to begin the recovery process. You will be prompted to enter your access code. The access code required for the enclosed program is found on page 5 of the manual accompanying your software.
The access-code is case-sensitive, so be sure and type it exactly as shown in the manual. Please contact AccessData if you lose or forget your access code.
